As a woman who either wants to become pregnant, is pregnant or has just given birth, fitness may not be at the top of your list. It can be nerve racking to lift weights while pregnant, or you may have had a complicated birth and are a bit anxious to get back into fitness. We’re here to help you!
We take extra care of our clients who are pregnant or have just given birth. Don’t ever worry about lifting a heavyweight, we will be there to guide you the whole time! With our experience with Prenatal and Postal fitness, we create customised plans that work for your lifestyle and situation.
